AUBREY ROAD BACH PROPERTY SUMMARY:
A basic, Kiwi holiday home set in a quiet, leafy street setting. Ease and comfort will be yours at this classic bach that’s well equipped with heating and parking options.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
The open plan living area is flooded with natural light and has a great indoor-outdoor flow. The kitchen/living area has a wood burner and piano providing warmth and ambiance. The large garden off the living area offers stunning mountain views. Enjoy some alfresco fun on the sun-soaked private BBQ patio. This is a budget friendly home with just the basics, best suited for families.

This property features a master bedroom with a queen bed, one room with two singles, and a bunk room accommodating 4 people.

GUEST INTERACTION:
The Goodstays’ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.

GETTING AROUND:
There is off street parking at the property plus taxi and shuttle options in Wanaka to choose from.

ADDITIONAL RULES:
10pm - 7am quiet time outside - local council regulation.

LOCATION:
Approximately 250 metres to Bremner Bay on the lake end of Aubrey Road in residential Wanaka.

RATES:
- Rates are a guide only & subject to change
- Note special events and Christmas/New Year’s tariff subject to increased nightly rates and minimum stay
- Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean
- Please note that stays of 7+ nights may require mid-stay clean/linen change where additional charges may apply
- Prices are for up to 8 people. Additional beds & linen maybe available upon request – ask reservations
- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member (photo ID required)
- Bond $500

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

Fantastic wee house that is big enough to accommodate the whole family. Has all the amenities to make your holiday enjoyable and relaxing.

We were dissapointed as the house was lacking basic cooking equipment and frying pans were unusable. No kitchen light or TV remote and should have been cleaner. We also lost money on the bond refund due to exchange rate. Have never had to pay a $500 bond before.

Wanaka is beautiful and the location and space within the house is great.
However it’s extremely dated and needs some time and money spent on it to make it worth the money... the heater and the tumble dryer are dangerous, the bbq has sharp nails sticking out of it, and the TV has no remote. Not a huge deal, but little things can make a big difference.
We have stayed in at least 15 similarly priced accommodations on this trip and this was the worst value. It could be greatly improved with a few small touches.
On the plus side, there were plenty of nice clean towels and bed linen and there was plenty of hot water.

Great cottage, very basic but that is all we were expecting, and all we needed! Just needed a place to sleep.

Great living space for a family of five. Fire - good, kitchen good. Parking excellent. Lack of shelves or drawers in twin room. No hooks for any clothing. Generally good.

The photograph advertised is not accurate.
There is no lawn for children to play on
there are only stones.
Also no gate on this property.
We had our daughter, husband and 2 young boys (2,5yrs)stay with us, so was concerned the house is on a busy road and no gate to keep children safe.
Our stay was over the Xmas period and with hot weather I felt there should be some locks on windows so they could be left open safely.
It's a very basic holiday house, with minimum glassware cutlery etc etc
However the beds were comfortable and the lounge area good.

Everything was as described - the only difference being that Goodstays threw in a service we were expecting to pay for.

Only slight issue was that it took a cold night for us to get the fire working properly. But once we worked it out, we were able to keep the bach nicely warm.

Goodstays were excellent to deal with :-)
