Plenty of space for the six of us, with a very workable kitchen and great amenities with instant hot water, plenty of heaters and useful washer and dryer for our ski gear. The door lock and code was also very convenient as we were coming back to the place at different times.

This location is beautiful, very close to the lake. The house was clean and the beds were comfy. Thank you.

We had a lovely time in this apartment in Queenstown. It was well stocked and clean. The hike up the hill from town we affectionately nicknamed bum burner hill! The only annoying thing was the roadworks happening near the apartment that make access to town on foot a bit longer as you have to go right around (not the apartment’s fault!). The photos are all spot on. I would also reiterate the other comments about rubbish. Maybe guests could be allowed to use the wheelie bins if they put them out and bring them back in to not stress about rubbish? We came internationally so obviously had to buy everything and unfortunately that means more packaging than we would have liked, that we needed to get rid of which made me a little worried. We ended up taking two bags of recycling elsewhere to dispose of in the end. Overall though a lovely apartment.

This Air bnb looked just as depicted in the photos, beautiful view of the bay and great amenities. But parking was a real trouble as the entrance was situated on a slope and there were many cars parked right outside our garage door, which made it extra difficult. Also, there were stains on the toilet seat and the towels provided.

37K was a great place for us to stay in Queenstown. The apartment was clean and tidy and very spacious. The apartment had great views of the lake and township and was very close to the shops, albeit a steep walk home, which we didn't mind!

This was our first trip to Queenstown and it was amazing! The property has the most amazing view of Lake Wakatipu and the Skyline Gondola, without all the noise of being in the centre of town. It's a short walk down to the town centre, but a hill climb up for the fit! There are a few supermarkets nearby and many restaurants will deliver food it you are too tired from all the alpine adventures. The property was the most perfect space for our family group. Beds were comfortable, clean bathrooms and great space in kitchen/ dining/ living for breakfast or dinner. It was so quiet at night and peaceful in the morning. We enjoyed watching the morning mist lift and the sunset between the mountains. Such a beautiful and special place. We are now planning our next visit back!

Had a great stay at Habeke K with our family of five. Great location and beautiful views. Walkable to the heart of the city, although some roadworks during our stay that meant a slight detour. Well appointed throughout. Would definitely stay again!

This place is an absolute gem! It’s walkable (albeit hilly, like the rest of the area) to downtown but out of the hustle and bustle of Queenstown. It has incredible views of the lake and great outdoor space. The beds and linens were lovely, it was very spacious, and the amenities were great. There is even a grill (not listed but very useful!). We had a car and really appreciated the parking spot (some mentioned it was challenging to park but we did not found that to be true). For those unsure, we would recommend that folks rent a car to get around the area. The only thing to note is there a lot of stairs in the condo. While that was fine for us, it could be a challenge for others. Otherwise, we’d recommend this to anybody!!

This view is just stunning - can’t be beat…! The house is lovely and very comfortable. It’s def up a hill so just make sure you plan accordingly… but getting up the hill makes the view even more in incredible. Definitely a great place to stay!

Spacious apartment with a great view. More like a 15 minute walk to the CBD with a big hill not 3. If you want a bath it is great, but the showers have no water pressure

Good location, close to town. Rooms were a bit tired and dull vs photos. Lounge was great, plenty of space and lighting. Shower pressure not the best and water takes a while to heat up.

Disappointed at the answer when reporting mold in window frames: "gets done during our pre-winter and Spring cleaning process". If this is the case, they shouldn't charge such a steep cleaning fee (USD$267 for 3 nights). Since it was a same day booking, I appreciate they asked for arrival time before accepting the reservation to make sure they could complete inspection before arriving. However, the mold issue was even more surprising... The couch was also dirty or stained, not sure.

Overall, it's a great experience to live here during our 6 days trip to New Zealand. The location is convenient for us to visit any spot and the provided parking space allows us to park our car in front of the building. Besides, the view from the balcony is awesome!!!

Lovely place to stay, just 10 minute walk to Queenstown centre - it’s a steep climb back up though!! Very clean, everything we needed was supplied. Fabulous views over Lake Wakatipu from the balcony.

Stunning place to be in and lovely accomodation. Positive: Great views, comfortable, simple but stylish. Short walk to town which as expected was a good work out but manageable. No traffic sounds. 2 nice small deck areas. Beds comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Negative: Having to take and pay for excess rubbish to the recycling place in Franklin. We were a family of 6 over the Christmas period so had more rubbish than usual. Luckily we had a hire vehicle but if we hadn't then that expectation would have been more problematic. Paying top rates for accomodation should include waste disposal. Perhaps needs a heads up on the web description re walking incline into town for customers who may have mobility issues. We did not have a problem however this stay.

Garage was small and awkward, too difficult to park car in and hard to back in and out as other cars were parked in the way. Dishwasher wasn’t working properly, not many lightbulbs worked. toilet roll holder fell off in toilet.

Great stay, very clean, Stairs! Lots of stairs, just to be aware of. Very warm stay even though single glazed, lots of heaters and heat pumps that were very good. Parking is terrible - there were always trades people vans in the way or other residents - colder-sack isn’t far but that was full or cars too. There’s a garage but couldn’t use it incase another car parked in front of it and blocked us in. Take toilet paper if staying there for more than a couple of nights, no tea, coffee, sugar but was some salt and oil. Not baby ( under 2) friendly at all, we had our 11 month old with us was hard work with all the stairs and had to lift everything up high that wasn’t baby friendly. Otherwise it really was a great stay, great having washing machine and dryer for ski thermals to freshen up, great kitchen, I would recommend and if returning we would happily stay there again. Thank you

What an awesome place! Excellent location, really modern space with everything you would need. The place looks better than the pictures. The only nitpick is the driveway-the apartment is at the end of the driveway and a little bit of manoeuvering to get in but otherwise great value for the price. Would recommend.

The place was perfect and the Goodstays team were amazing. They were always super helpful and had quick replies. They did everything possible to make our trip to NZ wonderful.

The Pros: We absolutely loved this house for a family of 5 ski week. It was really warm, well appointed (down to umbrellas for guests) and super comfortable. The views were amazing and location great but see comment below about actual location. The cons: All instructions we were given about this property were wrong from directions (the entrance to property by foot and car is from Kent Street via Edgar Street), the code to get in the door (had to ring to get this and the patronising response put us off ringing again), instructions for t.v (we couldn’t get it to work other than logging into our own Netflix account), instructions for oven, microwave, washing machine…. These weren’t a major at all and we would still highly recommend staying here but our stay would have been even better if the instructions had been up-to-date- particularly directions to find house!

Parking is a major problem in a narrow driveway that 8 other apartments share, with Habeke K situated at the end. Every day we had to ask neighbours to move their cars so we could access or get out of the designated space. Apartment configuration is virtually unusable garage on ground floor, bedrooms and bathrooms on 1st floor, living on top floor. Not a great place to rent if stairs are an issue. Building is quite old with old bathrooms and single glazed windows. Thankfully there were 3 heat pumps and wall heaters in each bedroom which were used continuously to keep the place warm. Kitchen was good, but had none of the basics - ie salt and pepper, cooking oil, tin foil etc. Apart from this the Kitchen/Dining/Living area was the jewel of the place with excellent views over the town and lake. Would consider the cost per night as below average value.

This place is in a great location and is a beautiful home to stay at. The view is stunning. Great service and communication.
