Really good place as a base to visit Queenstown and the surrounding areas. Very clean, modern and well furnished. The building and surrounding were quiet and peaceful. There is a great view of the Shotover and mountains right by the parking lot. The host was super responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

loved our stay here, if you don't want to be in queenstown but still close this place is perfect, only a 5 minute drive away so it's much quieter than the centre and less people :) would happily come back here to stay for our next trip

We stayed for almost a month and enjoyed the 2 bedroom 2 bath we booked. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes, pots, flatware and linens. We were far from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown and appreciated the quiet. Parking was easy. Only negative was trying to communicate with property mgmt obtaining the key code and which building to go to. We didn't hear from them until the morning we drove to the place to check-in.

Great place to stay for ski trip

A really fabulous place. Everything was pristine and high quality. Storage was plentiful and cleverly designed for the space. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in all our travels! Thank you for an amazing stay.

Absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is perfect and the surroundings were incredible. I feel sorry for the people who choose to stay in Queenstown itself as you miss out on the beautiful drive to Arthur’s point regularly! Cannot fault it or recommend this place highly enough - will definitely be back. Thank you!

Beautiful place to stay. Great communication from Nicholas. Would highly recommend staying. Only downfall was no shop nearby to get basics.

Nice and clean place. The only problem was that one of the rooms was not an actual room and it does not have any window and it is part of living room that has been converted to a room with 2 sliding doors and you can hear everything when someone is in the living room or kitchen. The hot water cylinder got a problem that the owner kindly sent a plumber to fix it on the same day.

Great location, 8 mins out of Queenstown and close to the shot over and coronet peak.. Very clean and warm.

if u think the hotel like their picture u will disappoint Positive: just cheap Negative: we have 4 people,they are trying to trick us accept the smaller bed otherwise have to pay more for change to a king size bed,even we already got the confirmation we order king size bed,but they just told us didn't remind them in message and they said we need pay more $200 because the customer WASTE HIS TIME to change the bed. I don't think we need to alert anyone because we are customers and have received confirmation and bed is what we was choosed. I am already use booking more than 6 years and never need more money when I arrive booked hotel. They don’t have reception and their attitude by phone very rude so we have to connect booking service. After booking service they told us they r wrong and change the two single bed to king size bed. And another thing the exhaust fan can't be turned on, cause bad smell every day after anyone poop. The room very wet without exhaust fan The gas Electric stove control is broken. We cannot set the temperature. No air conditioner !!! No signal without wifi in the room The worst toilet slide door handle in the room set. The door very heavy and handle very sharp. It’s like a Scissors when close such heavy slide door so I hurt my finger when close the door. Suddenly blood out and not healed to today

Modern, road facing apartment, which provided a comfortable place to stay for two of us. Location was great for us, being a short drive away from both Queenstown, Arrowtown and the Crown Ranges. Our only issue was that the carpets and bathrooms had not been cleaned. This was rectified by the host the following day. Also be aware that there is no mobile reception in the apartment (on Spark). Weak 3G signal from the balcony.

My partner and I had a 3month stay here. Great clean tidy apartment, awesome gas fireplace kept us very warm, everything was there that we needed. Great communication with customer service representatives. Quiet apartment block. Very close drive to town also there Is a bus stop right outside and onsen pools next door. I would recommend this apartment as we had an enjoyable and easy stay in Arthurs Point.

Booking was very simple online and easy to manage. Pricing was fair for the property. It was super clean and warm good views around the area. It was a simple 6-7 minute drive/ride to town. The apartment was quiet and had everything we needed to eat in or bring food home. We loved that it was spacious for us to spread out. A really nice place to stay. Would recommend it to anyone. Very easy to find and book.

New apartment, Northwest facing, very handy to Coronet Peak road, on the bus route. No lake view but some mountain view. Well-appointed, very warm and comfortable, heated tiles in the bathrooms were a nice touch. Was a little disappointed that there was no bath tub, but it is located next to the Onsen hot pools. Good drying room for your ski gear. Excellent Wi-Fi, but poor mobile phone reception inside the apartment. No TV in the bedrooms and the one in the lounge would be better positioned above the fire place for improved viewing angles. Instructions said there would be a key in the apartment, but there was not, so we just used the one in the lock-box by the front door. Overall, happy with the property.
