ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
This home has a comfortable alpine feel with the convenience of modern amenities – all you need for a relaxing getaway! The kitchen and living areas converge in an open plan design with an elevated ceiling to maximise space and light. It provides a warm and homely feel, the ideal place to relax with a hot chocolate after a long day skiing or treat yourself to a glass of wine after a hike.

The apartment has a modest balcony from which you can take in the striking lake and mountain views. The living room comes fitted with a flat screen, and you’ll have access to free WIFI throughout the home. Parking is not an issue, either as the property has a double garage with internal access, and space for off-street parking. Security and practicality are key!

LOCATION:
It really is all in the name. This delightful home is only a 3-minute drive into central Queenstown – close enough to enjoy Queenstown’s nightlife but far enough away to still be peaceful. Nearby, you can find Queenstown’s conference venues such as the Millennium and Copthorne, restaurants, bars, lakefront and adventure tours, as well as the beautiful Queenstown Gardens.

- Please note that stays of 7+ nights may require mid-stay clean/linen change where additional charges may apply

- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member (photo ID required)
- Bond $500

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. Beautiful property, excellent location, very reasonably priced. There was even chopped firewood for us to burn! The views were breathtaking. Thank you for an incredible stay.

It was such a pleasant place to stay for the weekend. so close and convenient to the town centre. The view outside the balcony was amazing - waking up to that view for the entirety of our stay was a perfect way to start our full-on day. All available facilities worked perfectly. Would definitely come back to this place again.

The house was very comfortable and had everything we required for our stay (except for having no pegs for the clothesline) :-) The proximity to Queenstown hub was good although we did hire a car in the end to go further. Lovely views and perfect for 4 adults and a 3 year old. Would recommend for anyone looking for reasonably priced accommodation.The only gripe we would have is that we couldn't find any smoke alarms.

We were so very pleased with our stay at this property. It is situated close to town and was very well appointed. It was quiet and has an incredible view. We loved using the gas grill outside. The one thing I would advise is if you are traveling with any person with mobility issues this property might pose a challenge as it has many steps. If not, it is perfect!

This house was perfect we had myself and my wife, baby and teenage daughter and my parents and there was plenty of room and amenities. The only negative I could find being picky was the pillows and the upstairs bathroom shower took a while to drain but it was a delightful stay and iwould come back in a second!

The house was very nice and the view from the deck is perfect for coffee in the morning and a beer in the afternoon. The only problem we had was with the directions to get to the apartment. They gave us directions to coppertop apartments 23 C. This caused us some concern as we didn't have a working phone or number to call. But we figured it out with the help of the neighbor in 23 D.

The accomodation was fantastic! Perfect for the 6 of us. It was very clean and tidy and suited our needs perfectly. During our stay we came home one day and the bug-spray people were finishing off and gad been through the the only thing I'd suggest is perhaps giving prior notice that someone else would be entering the house, mainly for security reasons, but also so that we could plan our day to be out of the house with the kids at thus time. But otherwise, a really great place that we would definitely use again. Thanks!

Our stay at Earnslaw Central Views B was well worthwhile due to the location , views and provisions. Close to town, but out of the busy city part. The views were phenomenal and we could drive easily in any direction.
The only complaints we had were the toilet for the master bedroom was 4 steps down without a railing and lighting to its own room, and the bathrooms and kitchen floors had to be cleaned by us before settling in.
Heat pump, television, furnishings all were perfect for our needs.
The linens were wonderful and kitchen was outfitted nicely.
I would recommend highly with those issues taken care of

Standing on the balcony with a view of the Remarkables with Lake Wakatipu in the foreground is probably the best place I have ever cooked a barbecue. Great location just 10 minutes walk from town with plenty of room for a family of five. You pay a bit more but well worth it. Highly recommended.

Nicely renovated house,very clean. Walking distance to Queenstown Central...but above the traffic so very quiet. Great for two couples. Has everything you would need. Great views from the balcony.
