HAWKSBURN HAVEN PROPERTY SUMMARY:
As part of the new Northlake subdivision, this contemporary Wanaka home sits in a family-oriented area away from the centre of town, with a restaurant/bar/cafe and playground an easy 10-minute stroll away.
Enter the home through the front door and step into the hallway. To your right is the first of three bedrooms. This comfortable room has a double bed and wardrobe for your belongings. On your left is the internal garage – perfect for driving in with your ski gear on the roof racks.
Further up the hallway is the second bedroom with two single beds, and the main bathroom complete with bath and separate shower. The master bedroom is located on the left of the hall with sumptuous King-sized bed and ensuite.
At the end of the hallway, you’ll find the wonderfully decorated kitchen, dining and living area. Prop the kids up at the breakfast bar while you prepare the family meal in the fully equipped kitchen. On warm summer nights, take dining outside with a BBQ on the deck and crank up the outdoor fireplace when the sun goes down. You’ll be warm on those winter nights with the ever-efficient heat transfer system.

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.
