A stunning Wanaka house that combines the luxurious look of a boutique style hotel with the privacy and independence of your own home. Large and spacious, this well-appointed home is ideal for families, couples and groups looking to get away.

Details small and large have been well considered, with brand new furniture, fittings and appliances throughout. You’ll be warm in the cooler months, enjoying the good insulation and heating throughout. Come summertime, simply open up the sliding doors and let in that gentle lake breeze. Indoor-outdoor living is an essential part of any kiwi holiday and this property does not disappoint with wrap around outdoor areas and a large sun-drenched patio complete with outdoor furniture.

The Goodstays’ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.

There is off street parking at the property plus taxi and shuttle options in Wanaka to choose from.

10pm - 7am quiet time outside - local council regulation.

This designer home is located in prestigious Peninsula Bay – a new development boasting expansive views over the lake and surrounding mountains, yet only a 6-minute drive to the centre of town. You will also have access to the communal spa, gym and pool down the road at the Peninsula Bay facilities.

- Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean
- Please note that stays of 7+ nights may require mid-stay clean/linen change where additional charges may apply

- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member (photo ID required)
- Bond $500

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

A fantastic high-end property , well appointed and well located. Takes in a great snap shot of lake Wanaka and the design & flow of the property , makes for an easy short stay. The place was immaculate , well managed and maintained . Goodstays attention to detail , right from the booking phase to check in , was second to none. Nothing was a problem and Nick & his team , were only too happy to help with any matter , making the stay even more exceptional. We would have no hesitation recommending Goodstays and wouldn’t consider staying in any other holiday home , unless it was managed by them !

Would highly recommend this property and we would rent it again.. Spacious rooms stunning views excellent layout, good flow inside and out.
However a few minor details, let down by not having dishwashing detergent on arrival or council rubbish bags. We did purchase these items. Fantastic place.

Here at Goodstays we manage stand alone, self catering holiday homes for those who want to experience our beautiful part of New Zealand like a local, and avoid the tourist traps of hotels. Having said this, we do provide a couple of sachets each of dish washing detergent, washing powder, soap, a scrubbing brush and 2 rubbish bags for our guests convenience. Nice house but our group felt that we were misled by the photographs on booming websites such as bookabach. The photos show a spa pool but there is nothing on the website to explain that it is not on site. Our group had young children soo e of the reasons for choosing this house over others was the fact that we understood from the website details that the spa would be onsite. This would allow us to use it without leaving the house surrounds.
When I arrived and found that the spa was not on site I asked where it was. I was told it was inacomplex on infinity drive. This information is not in any of the introductory notes. When I went to access the complex I couldn’t. This was because we had not been supplied with the access fob. No one told us originally that an access fob was even required. Once I discovered that a fob was required Goodstays did help out to locate the fob which the owners had locked away in their owners cupboard. Overall I was disappointed with these issues. Part of the price of the property would include use of these services and we were not able to use them until the end of our stay. I chose this house over others I Wanaka because it had what I thought was an on site spa. I would have chosen another house had I realised this. I think this feedback should be shared with the owner and the website amended so that it is not misleading.
