Remarkables Retreat 1 is your perfect alpine getaway. With a tranquil outlook over Lake Wakatipu and the landscaped Frankton walking track, its location in the Remarkables Retreat hamlet is hyper convenient, on Queenstown’s main artery into town, Frankton Road.

LOCATION:
Only a 5 minute drive into the centre of town, enjoy the peace and tranquillity of being out of the hustle and bustle but still close enough to take advantage of Queenstown’s legendary nightlife and world class restaurants.

ACCOMODATION DETAILS:
Hovering above the waterfront of Lake Wakatipu, you will find this delightful apartment. Comfortable and convenient, this is the ideal lock up and go property- no unnecessary stress on your trip! KITCHEN AND LIVING:
This jewel maximises space, with an entire open plan upstairs with dining table, lounge, and kitchen, all with the stunning backdrop of the lake and surrounding mountains. Its décor is clean and contemporary, with furnishings that hark back to the rangy, mountainous landscape outside. Cook your meals in the well-equipped and modern kitchen and linger over your meal at the classic dining table.

OUTDOORS:
Wake up, step outside and walk around the lake (into the Marina for breakfast if you choose) on the Frankton track that runs right past the Remarkables Retreat. There’s also outdoor furniture for soaking up the sun or pre-dinner drinks on the balcony.

ENTERTAINMENT:
Spread out in the spacious lounge area and enjoy a DVD on the flat-screen television and free WiFi.

GARAGE AND EXTRAS:
Finding a park is easy with access to a private covered car parking spot.

Downstairs offers 4 bedrooms, ideal for larger groups, or two families which including a Master bedroom with a King bed & ensuite, a second bedroom two singles, a third bedroom with a double plus single, and the fourth bedroom complete with a Queen.

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

Lovely apartment, plenty of room for a family of 6, very clean comfortable and warm. Lots of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Beds very comfy, plenty of towels. Awesome view from every room. Would definately stay again.

It was absolutely awesome house, warm,good location and easy check-in. The only problem is difficult to find the location, goodstay should put a signboard out the main road makes it easier to find the corner.

Loved our stay heaps of room for all the family awesome views very comfortable and warm highly recommend especially for a large group. Parking was an issue and would like to see security gates as an option on the stairs with 3 levels as we had an 19 month old had a problem with one of the toilets and dryer but dealt with straight away and very helpful Manager who saw us first time in Queenstown really enjoyed our stay

Unit was nice and warm when we arrived on a cold winter afternoon. Full kitchen, two bathrooms and three toilets, along with four bedrooms meant no hassle for our group of four. Driveway can get really frosty this time of year though and we had to leave the car up top on one of the nights. $20 taxi ride into town which is pretty good. Beds were really comfy too and plenty of heating. Good water pressure in the shower and a spa bath in the master ensuite. Good value.

Great views along the lake. Lovely spacious living areas and bedrooms. Access to house a bit tricky to find, maybe some signage out by road would help! Overall it was a great place to stay.

Didn’t get high chair that we requested and difficult windy driveway , not easy to find, tiny garage none of our vehicles could fit, but other wise fabulous house, fabulous views and location!!
