WILLOW ON THE GREEN PROPERTY SUMMARY:
Conveniently all on one level under the main house, this apartment is ideal for small groups or families wanting flexible bed sleeping options.
The open plan kitchen and living area provides you with everything you need should you want to cook or sit back enjoy a wine whilst watching TV. Around to the side of the apartment, there is a laundry room, and space to place any ski / fishing gear as required.
Willow on the Green is an excellent option for those families on a budget with a maximum occupancy of 8, if you don’t mind bunking in together in two bedrooms. Willow on the Green is also situated underneath the main house on this property, so outside areas are communal.
The bedding configuration is as follows:
Master Bedroom: 1 Queen plus 1 sofa bed (made up on request)
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen plus 1 bunk bed
Living: 1 sofa bed (linen available upon request)

Willow on the Green’s situation means you’ll enjoy peace, with serene lake walks literally on your doorstep. You’ll also be well placed for boating, fishing, walking, rock-climbing, biking, golf, wineries, skiing, great cafes and restaurants with the main artery of the township just a short walk away. Book and embark on adventures, and relish in Wanaka's abundant attractions.
You will have access to the entire home.
The Goodstays’ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.
There is off street parking at the property plus taxi and shuttle options around Wanaka.
10pm - 7am quiet time outside - local council regulation.

The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

Overall good as property in good location, clean and comfortable but cannot believe that your policy is one toilet roll and washing up liquid only enough for one wash for a two week stay! We come to NZ from UK every year for 3 months and have stayed in many, many rentals every one cheaper than Goodstays but all had toilet rolls and washing up liquid for full length of stay (up to 6 weeks in some). We contacted your Wanaka office but were told that is your policy - all I can say is the old maxim "it's the little details that count". Can't believe with the premium price you charge that you are so penny pinching on this and it is of course the one thing that stays in our mind about our stay.

The house was fine but was absolutely blindsided by the fees! $209 for cleaning two beds worth of sheets, $75 for a booking fee, $150 for an exit clean, and worst of all an $80+ charge stolen straight from my security deposit for "Public Holiday Surcharge", which was hidden in the terms and conditions! Worst of all, none of this was included in the initial per-night quotes! Save yourselves some money and book a hotel instead!!!

Our family had a wonderful stay in Willow on the Green. We rented the lower level of the house and it suited our needs well. The location is great-- very close to the center and 30 minutes from Treble Cone. Overall it was a lovely stay.

Lovely property! The rental is located below a home but no one was there when we were. It has a beautiful view from the lovely backyard. The property itself is clean, modern, and comfortable. Highly recommend!
