Introduction
In this video, we take an in-depth look at �� continuous brazing, a key soldering process in our battery thermal management solutions. Water Cooling Plates, also called liquid cooling plate/aluminum cold plate, done by XD Thermal were processed with automatic continuous brazing furnace. Power electronics components (SiC, IGBTs, thyristors) need a cooling solution that is both effective and reliable, especially when installed in a confined space. Brazing is a process of joining two or more metals, such as aluminium plates, by melting a filler metal, or the brazing alloy.
