Introduction
KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 30): Gadang Holdings Bhd (KL: GADANG) and its joint venture (JV) partners have successfully won a bid to develop a 15-megawatt alternating current (MWac) large-scale solar (LSS) photovoltaic (PV) plant in Tawau, Sabah. Qair won the project in the 16th tender of the FER 1 Decree incentive programme for renewables that allocated 457. The global solar storage container market is experiencing explosive growth, with demand increasing by over 200% in the past two years. Pre-fabricated containerized solutions now account for approximately 35% of all new utility-scale storage deployments worldwide. Hynfra Energy Storage (HES) together with its partners: the fund Heyka Capital Markets Group (HCMG) and the developer PKE Pomorze have won a capacity market auction. The auction results were announced on Tuesday by Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne (PSE).
