Introduction
Extension springs store energy and exert a pulling force between two mechanisms. That is why we have developed a mobile photovoltaic system with the aim of achieving maximum use of solar. These springs are usually attached to other components at both ends and when those components come apart the spring tries to bring them back together again. This article proposes a new method for pricing energy storage that emphasizes social welfare rather than individual profit.
