Introduction
This review examines state-of-the-art strategies for synthesizing renewable energy sources, aimed at improving the efficiency of hydrogen (H 2) generation, storage, and utilization. The integration of wind and solar energy with green hydrogen technologies represents an innovative approach toward achieving sustainable energy solutions. Formed in partnership with Xcel Energy, NLR's wind-to-hydrogen (Wind2H2) demonstration project links wind turbines and photovoltaic (PV) arrays to electrolyzer stacks, which pass the generated electricity through water to split it into hydrogen and oxygen.
