As the voice of America’s solar and storage industry, SEIA is proud to announce the development of the first certification program aligned with ANSI/SEIA Solar and Energy Storage Standards. The California RPS program was established in 2002 by Senate Bill (SB) 1078 (Sher, 2002) with the initial requirement that 20% of electricity retail sales must be served by renewable resources by 2017. 2021 INTERNATIONAL SOLAR ENERGY PROVISIONS® (ISEP®) ISEP meets the industry’s need for a resource. Our testing laboratories are A2LA and ISO/IEC 17025-accredited, and our global expertise enables us to support clients worldwide.
