Introduction
Ecology developed this PEIS to provide consistent and useful information that the public, local and state agencies, Tribes, and developers can use to help review and plan for a potential utility-scale solar energy project. All EISs are filed with EPA, and EPA publishes a "Notice of Availability" each week in the Federal Register. The Bureau of Land Management sustains the health, diversity, and productivity of the public lands for the use and enjoyment of present and future generations.
