We had an amazing time staying at the apartment. Stunning views and a short walk to the centre of Queenstown.

This place is amazing! Even better than we were expecting. The views over Queenstown are spectacular. For those reading reviews about this place being on a big hill, yes it is but we managed with 3 young children in prams and we walked into town almost daily. The trip back up is hard but it was easy enough to get an Uber or taxi and then one person bought a car down to pick the rest of the family up. We also had three cars and parked one in the garage and two at the top of the street. The location is great with a nice walk to Queenstown Heights right at the back of the house. You won’t be disappointed booking this Airbnb!!

Wonderful stay in Queenstown! Close proximity to downtown and the walking trail. Incredible views over the city, lake and to the gondola. Very steep access to house but was a great workout up the hill:)

The view from this property is absolutely stunning!! We stared at it for hours. The only down side about this place is the very steep street and the garage is small/ hard for a large car to get into easily (this was listed on the website before booking). Very tight to turn around in the driveway. Overall, a very good stay and only a few minutes drive to the centre of town.

This holiday home is just nothing to complain. Everything as advertised. Great view. Would highly recommend the is place.

Absolutely fantastic place, matching a fantastic holiday. The only concern to note for other guests is that the street is very steep and there is little parking on the street. Make sure any vehicle you hire is not too high for the garage.

Surpassed expectations with its spaciousness, pleasant surroundings, and magnificent views. The host was highly responsive, promptly addressing questions and resolving issues. The facilities were excellent, and the furnishings were top-notch. Conveniently located downhill from town, it offered breathtaking views of Queenstown. Would love to stay here again.

Had a great stay in this house with 6 adults and two 3 year olds. On a very steep street but we quickly got used to the walk. Great walking tracks close by, shops and restaurants, gondola, playground- everything we needed was in walking distance. House had all the facilities we needed for a 10 night stay, including washer and dryer. And the airport is only a 7km run away if you need to hire a car to explore further! Would recommend, and probably be back in the future.

Overall, the property is great. It has a great view and is in a great location. It was a very comfortable home for the week with plenty of space for us all. There are lots of cooking utensils to use and some games/ activities for kids. The home is also styled beautifully. We were very grateful that the host allowed us an early check in. However, for the price you pay we did expect a bit more. Firstly, there are a lot of conditions you must meet prior to checking out that are not made clear when booking. Some of these include only using 2 bags of rubbish otherwise you have to pay a fee or take it to a dump yourself. If you use extra linen etc. this will also incur additional costs. There was also no liquid soap in the dispensers downstairs and very limited toilet paper. I would definitely recommend staying in this property but just be aware of these conditions especially if you are staying for more than a couple of days.

Host was very responsive and pro-active, responding very quickly to any questions and concerns. They were able to resolve issues in a timely manner. It was a pleasant and spacious airbnb to stay at with great views, great facilities and well furnished. Definitely walkable distance (<10minutes) to the main centre downhill. It is at the top of a steep hill to get the beautiful view of Queenstown. Be careful to NOT park on the side of the hill with the yellow line! Thanks for an excellent stay.

Allan’s place was wonderful - much bigger than it looked in the pictures and enough space for two families. The view is incredible! Queenstown is amazing and the place is in a perfect central spot to get to the mountains. The only thing I would note is that it is a very steep walk up the hill into town (not for the faint hearted or little people) and there is a lot of construction around (with detours) so we did have to drive into town. Also a caution on the top bunk and height to ceiling - if you have a tall child… make sure they are very careful as our little man hit his head quite hard.

Amazing place, all the mod cons, comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. It’s at the top of a very steep street so if you have mobility issues you will need to drive into the town.

We stayed here during our Easter break, with 4 adults and 3 toddlers between us. We had plenty of space for everyone. Very easy to get to Queenstown and surrounds. Felt like home away from home.

Gorgeous home with spectacular views. We loved the open top floor including the kitchen & lounge. The oversized windows were wonderful to take in the sights. Very comfortable beds. Loved the heating on the floors too Cannot recommend this home enough! Would book again for any future visits to Queenstown.

What a wonderful place to stay at. The day and night views are amazing

Place is very nice. Seemed brand-new, so new some of the plumbing was not completed when we arrived, yet they arranged to have it fixed within a few days. Place could have been truly worth the money, but wasn't yet. No towel rods in the downstairs bathroom. No shower soaps/shampoos, no place to put yours. Luxurious heated floors and mirror in 2nd floor bath. None of the beds had fitted sheets, so if you move around a lot when sleeping, beware. If you don't have a car, you need to walk up a very steep hill. Yet the view of Queenstown from the unit is fabulous.
